General Wholesale Information

  1. How can I apply for a wholesale account?

    • All wholesale accounts must be activated by an Icon Sports representative. Please submit an application at Icon Sports Wholesale.

  2. What are the minimum order requirements?

    • Minimum quantity per item: 6 pieces.

    • Minimum order amount: $750.

  3. Do you offer bulk discounts?

    • Yes, we offer volume-based discounts. Contact us for a detailed pricing list.


Ordering & Payments

  1. What payment methods do you accept?

    • We accept major credit cards.

  2. Can I cancel my order after placing it?

    • No cancellations. Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled.

  3. Do you offer credit terms for wholesale buyers?

    • Credit terms may be available for approved accounts upon review.

PLEASE NOTE: Your order total may change due to shipping charges and/or fluctuations in warehouse inventory. You will be notified and your order will be adjusted accordingly.


Shipping & Logistics

  1. Which shipping carriers do you use?

    • We ship via FedEx, UPS, DHL, and freight carriers for large orders.

  2. Do you ship internationally?

    • Yes, we ship worldwide. Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

  3. Can I use my own freight forwarder?

    • Yes, you may provide freight forwarder details during order placement.

  4. Is there a restocking fee for returns?

    • Yes, returns are subject to a restocking fee. Contact us for return policies.
